Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item I bought online?
Lotties gladly accepts returns for purchases made within the last 30 days. For an item to be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused and have the tags on. If an item is worn, washed, or damaged, we may not be able to process your return. All sale merchandise is final sale.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Returns are free in person at Lotties Pub. Returns by mail are accepted at the expense of the customer and can be shipped to:

If I ship my item back, when will I be refunded?
Your refund will not be processed until the merchandise has been received back to us. Once the return has been processed on our end, it could take 3-7 business days before you see the refund reflected on your credit card.
Can I make a return at Lotties Pub in person?
Yes! Eligible returns or exchanges can be made at Lotties Pub in person. We are located at 1925 W Cortland St, Chicago, IL 60622.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
When can I expect my order to ship?
After you place your order, our team starts working to pull, pack, and ship your merchandise. Packages generally will ship out within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Orders are picked up by UPS Monday-Friday only. All orders placed from Friday-Sunday will be processed the following week.
How do I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive a tracking number for your order once a shipping label has been created. Shipping labels are generally created within 24 hours of placing your order. The tracking number will allow you to track your package from our door to yours.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You are able to change or cancel an order up until the point it is shipped. The time between ordering and shipping can vary, but once an item is picked up by our shipping provider it is no longer under our control. Please reach out to XX@XX to inquire about canceling or changing your order.
Do you take international orders?
We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies and is calculated directly by our shipping provider at checkout.
What shipping provider do you use?
All orders will come from UPS. We do not ship to PO boxes.
What if I do not receive my order?
If for any reason you do not receive your order, you have 5 business days from the delivery date to notify us. Once contacted, we will begin a claims process with UPS to get the issue resolved. This can take anywhere from 1-8 business days to hear back.
